Working principle
Materials are fed from the top inlet to the grinding chamber by feeding pump and distributed evenly with the rotation of the rotor, the eddy current works on the materials for completely pre-dispersion under the action of centrifugal force of rotor and stator. The rotor and stator have strong impact on the grinding media and meanwhile the grinding media work on the materials. The materials stay in the grinding chamber after certain grinding time, resulting in a very narrow particle size distribution. Because of different density, grinding media return to the grinding chamber under the effect of feeding pump pressure and centrifugal force, while the materials flow out through the screen separator on the opposite direction of the centrifugal force, this is a re-circulation.
Structure
Special rotor structure design, both the umber, size and installation position are designed according to the vortex fluid mechanics to reach the maximum ratio of grinding energy and to improve the grinding efficiency, which make the material reach nano-meter. The fineness could be less than 50nm tested by Malvern.
